I expereienced several issues with the supplier. For starters, the dispatch date was missed by 12 days, because of this the expected arrival date was missed by 10 days. In the original trade terms (contract) it was stated that the seller would cover all import and tax fees. But when it came time to receive the delivery, I (the buyer) was notified that I had to pay nearly $100USD in fees before I could receive my packages. When the products arrived, I was disappointed to see that they were not as advertised by the seller. All items had paint smeared across them (see photos). When I approached the seller about this, they refused to provide me a refund for this error, claiming nothing was wrong with the item. We escalated the refund application to Alibaba.com and agreed on less then 20% refund of the original payment to cover the cost of the import/tax fees I paid and the damaged products. I am very disappointed and would NOT recommend this supplier for future business.

Product turned out great. Turn around time was good. During shipping one box got damaged and 5 of the Christmas ornaments were broken as a result. Christmas ornaments were in small individual boxes but maybe padding inside edges of box would of helped keep ornaments safe against being tossed around during shipping, good thing it was only one of the four boxes that got damaged.
